Information Sources & Verification

Last reviewed: 18 September 2026

Discover Zanzibar helps you explore opportunities. Source material is a starting point for investigation, not a substitute for due diligence.

Where information comes from

We compile public information from authorities, official publications, project websites and identified news sources, as well as brochures, photographs, specifications and descriptions supplied by partners. Some explanatory summaries are prepared by Arrow. We distinguish sample concepts from named company or project profiles. Publicly available information is not necessarily verified, current or free to republish.

Before making a decision

Confirm the identity and authority of the seller or provider, ownership or land rights, project approvals, licences, utilities, technical scope, current prices, taxes, payment terms, delivery, warranties and material risks. Obtain independent legal, financial and technical advice appropriate to the project. Do not transfer funds merely because an opportunity appears on this website.

Dates, quotations and status

Dates shown with a source describe the publication or our review, not continuous verification. Catalogue opportunities may be concept-stage projects. Government announcements, funding approvals, tender notices and implementation progress are different stages and should not be treated as interchangeable. Brochure pricing and target completion dates must be reconfirmed with the project owner.

Partner responsibility and Arrow’s role

Partners remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and rights clearance of the information they supply. Arrow facilitates discovery and introductions and does not certify every third-party statement. A profile, logo, official link or paid placement is not proof of verification, government endorsement or investment suitability. This notice does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Arrow.

Images, examples and translations

Architectural renders may depict a proposed future result. Illustrative images and sample projects are not evidence of an existing asset or available investment. Automated Kiswahili translations can change the meaning of technical or legal terms; consult the English text and original source when accuracy matters.
