These terms apply to use of Discover Zanzibar as an information and introduction platform. Project-specific transactions and professional engagements require separate agreements.
Operator and scope

The website introduces investment themes, projects, businesses, service providers and public resources relevant to Zanzibar. A listing or enquiry does not create a partnership, agency, advisory engagement, reservation or purchase contract.
Information and independent verification
Content is compiled from public sources, official publications and material supplied by project owners and partners, together with Arrow’s explanatory summaries. Information may be incomplete, out of date or subject to change. Confirm price, availability, ownership, permissions, project status, technical specifications, tax treatment and contractual terms directly with the responsible party and suitably qualified independent advisers before relying on a listing or committing funds.
No investment advice or promise
The website provides general information and introductions. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax or regulated financial advice. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of return, financing, planning permission, government approval, residency, delivery date or investment suitability. Investment can result in losses. A public project announcement or catalogue entry is not confirmation that a tender, funding opportunity or allocation is currently open.
Partner information and illustrative content
Owners, developers, manufacturers and other contributors are responsible for the information and claims they provide, including having the necessary rights to their materials. Arrow presents that information for discovery and does not independently certify every statement. Listings marked “Sample listing”, “Illustrative” or “Concept” are examples, not verified offers available for purchase. Architectural renderings, concept images and indicative timelines do not promise a completed product. Our own responsibilities under applicable law are not excluded by these statements.
Introductions and separate contracts
An introduction is subject to the parties’ consent and availability. Product supply, construction, professional services, brokerage, commissions and referral arrangements are negotiated separately and must be recorded in the relevant agreement. This website does not currently accept investment deposits, product orders or online payments. It therefore does not create an online booking, delivery, cancellation or refund entitlement; those matters belong in any later transaction contract and remain subject to mandatory law.
Promoted placements and donations
A promoted or sponsored placement, when sold, must be identified as such. Payment for visibility does not establish approval, verification or suitability. Any commission or referral fee relevant to an engagement will be addressed separately before that engagement proceeds. Any charitable contribution is voluntary and separately documented; it does not buy an endorsement or create an investment entitlement. The site currently provides no donation checkout.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse the site and use its information for legitimate personal or business evaluation. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, interfere with site security or misuse contact information. Website design and original content, and partner names, trademarks, photographs and documents, remain subject to their owners’ rights. Public availability does not make material free of copyright. Do not republish third-party materials without the relevant permission.
External links and public authorities
Official links and the downloadable institutions directory are provided for convenience. Inclusion does not mean that an authority, government, World Bank, partner or other organisation endorses Arrow or this website. External organisations control their own websites and requirements. The directory is a research aid, not a statutory register or a representation that it contains every public body.
Translations
English is the original editorial version. Optional automated translations are provided through Google Translate for convenience and may contain errors or omissions. Confirm important terms against the English original and the underlying official or partner document. The language and interpretation of any binding transaction are determined by its own signed agreement and applicable law.
Availability and liability
We may correct, update, remove or suspend content and features. We aim to present material accurately but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of every third-party statement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arrow is not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on unverified third-party information or decisions made without appropriate checks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory statutory rights.
Concerns, governing law and changes
Please report errors, rights concerns or disputes to Kilowatt.africa@gmail.com, identifying the relevant page and the issue. We will consider the matter and take appropriate action. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Zanzibar and, where applicable, the United Republic of Tanzania, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be displaced. The competent courts determine unresolved disputes. Updated terms apply from publication; changes do not automatically rewrite a separate signed agreement.
