The company’s published history traces the Michamvi concept to 2023, a building-permit milestone to 2024 and the introduction of Paje to 2025. Founder and CEO Nikitas Adrian Simion leads its development strategy and partnerships.

The developer presents 93 garden, beachfront and overwater villas, with a published entry price from US$320,000. Private pools and outdoor living areas are central to the collection.
Every residence participates in a mandatory rental pool. Owners may request up to 14 personal-use days per year, subject to their agreement and booking rules. Construction completion is planned for Q4 2027, with hotel operations planned for Q1 2028.
Planned communal facilities include a beachfront restaurant, infinity pool, gym, yoga pavilion, retail and an overwater lounge. The official site says an international hotel operator is to be appointed.

A contemporary apartment collection close to one of Zanzibar’s best-known beach villages.
Paje is presented as an independent-ownership development, with optional property-management and vacation-rental services. Owners can use their apartment according to the applicable purchase and community documents.
The project website states that construction is underway. Amenities described include communal pools and gardens, a gym, spa, coworking, rooftop spaces, restaurants, shops and children’s areas. Selected penthouses feature private pools.
